Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer – Lobby Access Coordination in Fort Lee, NJ. You will welcome residents and visitors, support access control and badge procedures, monitor entry activity, and respond to security concerns in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience are preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law and company policy.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/locality.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by following site procedures and access-control protocols.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify authorization, issue visitor credentials, and logs.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security systems and report issues to management.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow established procedures and contact emergency services when needed.
• Answer phones, provide directions and professional assistance to residents and guests.
