Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Front Desk Security in Glendale, CA. You will staff the front desk, greet visitors, verify authorizations, and maintain security-related records while providing exceptional customer service.

As a Front Desk Security Professional, you will monitor access, respond to incidents, and support site procedures with calm, professional communication. The role offers full-time hours and opportunities to grow within a nationwide security team.

Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Possession of a Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• A drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, and maintain a professional, welcoming presence.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain required entry records.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and promptly notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Answer phones, provide general information and directions, and report unusual activity or concerns according to site procedures.
