The role is full-time with shifts including day and night hours. Requirements include access control and badge handling experience, alarm panel familiarity, CPR certification, and strong computer and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience required or preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• CPR certification required or preferred (training offered).
• Customer service experience required; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site security procedures.
• Manage front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify IDs, issue credentials, and maintain access records.
• Monitor access points, alarms, and communications; report unusual conditions.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with site contacts and responders as needed.
• Complete shift reports and maintain professional communication with staff and visitors.
