Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications office location.
• Manage the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify identification, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access logs in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems; report unusual activity and elevate concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Support a professional lobby environment by answering phones, coordinating with building management and onsite teams, and communicating relevant security-related information to Allied Universal leadership.
