Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer to protect clients across industries, including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government. The role emphasizes customer service, safety procedures, and incident response at client sites.

Required: at least 1 year in security, CPR certification, access control/badge experience, alarm panel experience, and a valid driver's license. Stand for long periods; endure various weather conditions; CPR/AED certification is provided on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant security experience.
• A valid Australian driver's license is required, per AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123).
• Experience with access control systems and badge issuance is mandatory (B201).
• Experience operating alarm panels (B202).
• Current CPR certification is required (B205).
• Customer service experience is preferred (B219).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and solve problems.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; vary by client site.
