Job summary

CareOregon, Inc. is seeking a Security and Front Desk CSR Lead to serve as the first point of contact for employees, members, and visitors. The role combines front desk duties with initial security assessments, access control, and incident response, reporting to the supervisor and guiding a small team.

The candidate will operate on-site at our downtown office, with lead pay and a performance-based bonus target. Strong communication and de-escalation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in security and customer service.
• DPSST unarmed security certification OR qualify for DPSST Temporary Work Permit at time of hire.
• First Aid and CPR certification required at time of hire or within 90 days.
• Private security staff must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct members, contractors, and visitors to CareOregon facilities.
• Provide initial security screening of all people entering facilities.
• Maintain and monitor access control, including employee badges.
• Monitor CCTV and alarms; conduct building rounds.
• Provide incident response and report documentation; escalate to law enforcement if needed.
