Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and security monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Securing the Building: enforce entry/exit procedures and supervise front desk activity.
• Safety Systems: monitor fire alarms, elevator, and hallway cameras; coordinate with maintenance.
• Front Desk Staffing: schedule and supervise staff; document daily instructions.
• Front Desk Procedures: train staff, ensure confidentiality, and update procedures.
