Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Credential Operations in San Francisco, CA. You will manage site-specific access-control procedures, verify credentials, monitor entry points, and respond to security incidents while delivering excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, access control experience, and comfort with computers/tablets. A guard card/license and CPR certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Guard card or valid license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain entry records, and direct authorized individuals according to site requirements.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned building areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions or unauthorized access.
• Support a professional commercial real estate environment by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and other security-related issues to site leadership.
