Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Badge Administration Desk in North Bergen, NJ. You will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge procedures, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service.

This role supports a technology-focused site with a strong emphasis on integrity and teamwork. Position is full-time with a schedule Thu-Sun 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and pay rate of $21.84 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience required.
• Background check will be conducted per laws.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• License requirements may be required depending on state/local law.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet; access control/badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors and directing guests.
• Monitor visitor access, verify authorization, issue credentials and maintain records.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following procedures.
• Support a professional lobby environment and communicate important information to site contacts.
