Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a commercial real estate front desk.
• Welcome visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor records.
• Monitor entry points, alarms, cameras, and other security systems from the front desk and report irregularities.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner according to procedures.
• Communicate professionally with building management, tenants, vendors, and emergency responders while maintaining a secure lobby environment.
