Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Badge Administration Desk in North Bergen, NJ. You will greet visitors, manage access control and badge procedures, monitor entry activity, and deliver exceptional customer service.

This full-time role requires strong communication and a professional presence in a tech-forward location. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in security, badge experience, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as part of employment.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct guests, contractors, and employees.
• Monitor visitor access and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to incidents and alarms with calm, professional problem-solving.
