Orlando Health, Inc. is seeking an Ancillary Scheduling, Registration, Patient Charge Specialist for the Outpatient Rehab team in Brandon, FL. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, collect copayments, and deliver friendly customer service in a orthopedic and sports rehabilitation clinic.

The role requires strong communication and basic computer skills, with Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM shifts. Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years in financial, business office, or customer service environment.
• Computer knowledge required.

Responsabilités

• Pre-register, register and schedule patient appointments.
• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Collect copayments and verify demographics and insurance information.
• Input patient data into hospital systems accurately.
• Communicate benefits, copays and authorizations to patients.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to manage patient flow.
