Job summary

[solidcore] is seeking an energetic part-time Front Desk & Sales Support team member for our Delray Beach studio. You will assist the Head Coach & Community Manager with client interactions, class scheduling, and daily operations to ensure a positive studio experience.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, processing sign-ups, promoting promotions, and maintaining retail knowledge. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and a passion for fitness.

Qualifications

• High school education; some college preferred.
• Part-time hourly position.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours.
• 1 year sales experience preferred
• MBO experience preferred
• Passion for fitness and the [solidcore] brand.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and connect with them by name to promote CORE experience.
• Interact with clients to assess needs and respond to requests and concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of studio retail, class packages, beverages, towels, and promotions.
• Handle account tasks like new sign-ups, scheduling, cancellations, and purchases.
• Communicate studio events, schedule changes, and any issues to clients and team.
• Assist Head Coach Community Manager and Coaches in daily studio operations and cleanliness.
• Report complaints to management and assist in response.
• Address maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients.
• Follow up on client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota.
• Respond to client emails and celebrate milestones with clients.
