Job summary

solidcore is seeking a friendly part-time Front Desk Associate to join our Glendale studio team. You will provide front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach and Community Manager, ensuring a positive guest experience and smooth studio operations.

You will be handling class scheduling, account needs, and client communications while upholding brand standards. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a genuine passion for fitness and community.

• Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction.
• Ability to stand for long durations of time.
• 1 year sales experience preferred.
• MBO experience preferred.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and the [solidcore] brand.

Responsibilities

• Bringing [solidcore]’s client experience acronym CORE to life by welcoming clients by name and connecting with them.
• Interact with clients to assess needs and address requests and concerns promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of studio retail products and promotions.
• Handle routine client-facing system tasks (new accounts, class scheduling, package purchases).
• Communicate studio issues or schedule changes to clients and team.
• Assist Head Coach, Community Manager, and Coaches with daily operations and studio cleanliness.
• Report complaints to management and assist in responses.
• Address maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients.
• Follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota.
• Respond to client emails.
• Set up and celebrate client milestones.
