Job summary

[solidcore] is seeking a friendly, energetic part-time Core Crew member to support front desk, admin and sales tasks at our Boulder studio. You’ll greet clients, process class bookings, promote memberships, and ensure a positive experience aligned with the CORE (Caring, Opening, Recognizing, Educating) philosophy.

You'll help maintain studio cleanliness, assist the Head Coach & Community Manager, and communicate studio updates.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills.
• Careful attention to detail.
• Willing to initiate tasks and work without direction.
• Able to stand for long durations.
• 1 year sales experience preferred.
• MBO experience preferred.
• Passion for fitness, wellness and the solidcore brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk, administrative and sales support to Head Coach & Community Manager.
• Assist with class scheduling, account setup, package purchases and rebooking.
• Promote solidcore studio and drive client satisfaction through the CORE program.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and assist daily operations.
• Communicate studio updates and events to clients and staff.
