Olde Soul Barbershop LLC is seeking a front desk associate who sets the tone for every guest experience. You will greet guests warmly, suggest relevant services, and secure their next appointment before they leave. You will also follow up to reduce no-shows and track daily performance against goals.

The role emphasizes confident, people-first service, with room for growth through training and bonuses. Competitive hourly pay plus incentives, and discounts on services are offered.

Formación

• Confident, not pushy and able to serve while selling.
• Enjoy talking to strangers and making their day better.
• Able to handle objections and price questions with tact.
• Organized with attention to detail; nothing falls through the cracks.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software; Mangomint or similar CRM is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet every guest with warmth and make them feel at home.
• Recommend services and products that fit each guest’s needs.
• Ensure every client leaves with their next appointment booked.
• Follow up with clients via calls, texts, and emails to reduce no-shows.
• Track daily and monthly numbers, including prebooking rate and retail-to-service ratio.
• Participate in daily huddles to keep the team aligned and energized.
• Give new guests a quick tour to showcase Olde Soul Barbershop offerings.
• Ask happy clients for reviews and referrals naturally.
• Keep the front desk and retail area clean, stocked, and sharp.
