Job summary

Drybar Shops is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for guests. You will manage appointments, process transactions, and help guests feel welcomed and valued in a fast-paced salon environment.

The ideal candidate brings 1+ year in customer service, POS experience, and a proactive, friendly demeanor. Previous salon experience is a plus, and you will be part of a fun, beauty-focused team that values service excellence.

Qualifications

• Open availability required.
• 1+ year in a fast-paced customer-service role.
• Previous POS experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Salon or spa experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Stand for 6-8 hour shifts.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.
• Professional demeanor under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every client from arrival to checkout.
• Manage appointments, check-ins, check-outs, and transactions.
• Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Answer questions and assist clients with needs.
• Resolve issues with sound judgment and available resources.
• Support retail sales and help clients discover products.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
