Job summary

D1 Training - Crofton is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate to welcome visitors, qualify leads, and drive memberships at our Maryland location.

You’ll build rapport with families, athletes, and adult clients, schedule in-person consultations with the coaching team, and track follow-ups in our CRM to ensure personalized, timely communication that converts inquiries into memberships.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, reliability, and a positive attitude within a supportive fitness brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call center environments.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-through
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset
• Interest in fitness, athletics, or helping people improve their performance
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from clients.
• Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand their goals.
• Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team.
• Track activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRM.
• Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community at events
