Job summary

D1 Training is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate to join our athletic-based fitness team. The role focuses on relationship building and converting inquiries into long-term memberships, both in-person and via follow-up conversations.

You will engage with parents, athletes, and adult clients, schedule consultations with the coaching staff, and maintain accurate CRM records while representing the brand at community events.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, following up consistently, and creating opportunities for in-person conversations that lead to long-term memberships.

What You'll Do
