Artemis Wax LLC is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager at our Leesburg Center to lead the front desk sales team and elevate the guest experience. You will model strong sales performance, coach our Sales & Guest Experience Associates, and support the Center Manager in daily operations.

You will drive service and membership sales, ensure high guest satisfaction, and uphold Artemis Wax standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year of supervisory or leadership experience in a sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated results-oriented leadership.
• Self-motivated and process focused.
• Team member centric and professional.
• Outstanding communication skills and a fun attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front desk sales team and set the standard for guest experience.
• Meet sales goals for service packages and memberships.
• Coach and develop Sales & Guest Experience Associates.
• Ensure brand standards are maintained at all times.
• Manage center day-to-day in the Center Manager’s absence.
• Review performance with the Center Manager and provide feedback.
• Assist with payroll, ordering, and compliance tasks.
• Monitor appointments and optimize scheduling and prebooking.
