SEV Laser is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate to welcome clients, promote services, and drive sales in a fast-paced clinic. You will handle check-in/check-out, bookings, and payments while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote SEV services, memberships, promotions, and products.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Meet individual sales goals and support clinic performance.
• Build lasting client relationships with personalized service.
• Warmly welcome clients and manage check-in/check-out with accuracy.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments; handle calls and emails.
