Massage Envy is seeking a Wellness Advisor to deliver red-carpet customer service and build meaningful client relationships at our Waldwick locations. This is a long-term, stable role focused on guest experiences, product recommendations, and care that aligns with individual wellness goals.

You will welcome guests, educate them about services and memberships, and help maintain a polished front desk. The position emphasizes teamwork, growth, and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, wellness, healthcare, beauty, or sales is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Wellness Advisor / Front Desk Sales & Client Experience Associate

Massage Envy is looking for a professional, customer-service-focused Wellness Advisor to join our growing multi-clinic organization.

We are seeking someone who is looking for a stable, long-term position, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in providing exceptional service to the local community.

This is not simply a receptionist position. Our Wellness Advisors are an important part of the client experience and help create the welcoming, professional environment our members and guests expect.

The right person is dependable, polished, patient, comfortable speaking with clients of all ages and backgrounds, and confident recommending services and products based on each guest’s individual needs.

What You’ll Do

• Provide warm, professional, red-carpet customer service
• Build genuine relationships with members and guests
