Job summary

Massage Envy Florence is hiring a customer-focused associate to support guests in a fast-paced wellness clinic. You will provide excellent service, educate clients about Total Body Care, and help grow the client base through proactive outreach.

A flexible schedule is available, with both full-time and part-time shifts. The role includes training on products and services, and eligibility for perks such as wellness discounts and monthly massage benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environments.
• Ability to multitask and work with numbers.
• Strong interpersonal skills for guest relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services, promote the Wellness Program, and book future visits and retail purchases.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls and emails, and address questions to keep clinic flow smooth.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach

Job Type & Schedule:

• Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available
• Shifts include: 7am - 3pm, 3pm -10pm Monday to Friday, Weekends till 6pm and some mid shifts
