Job summary

Massage Envy Florence is seeking team members to join a friendly staff focused on Total Body Care in Florence, KY. We offer flexible full-time and part-time shifts with a competitive base pay of $14.00 per hour, plus retail and membership commissions and engaging contests.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on services, selling the Wellness Program, booking future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions; help grow and retain a client base via in-person and outreach.

Job Type & Schedule

• Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available
• Shifts include: 7am - 3pm, 3pm -10pm Monday to Friday, Weekends till 6pm and some mid shifts
