SLK Clinic is seeking a Front Desk Associate to ensure an exceptional patient experience in a medical aesthetics setting. You will manage front desk operations, perform patient check-ins, and assist with appointment scheduling and billing while actively promoting services and products.

The role emphasizes high organizational skills, strong customer service, and a proactive approach to driving patient bookings and retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare/marketing education preferred.
• Experience in a medical aesthetics or healthcare setting with sales experience is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service orientation with patient retention focus.
• Proficiency in EMR and POS systems and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to proactively recommend treatments and products.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients; ensure accurate entry of patient information and consents into EMR.
• Alert clinicians upon arrival and facilitate timely patient rooming.
• Assist with patient comfort and prepare patients for appointments.
• Check patients out post-appointment and encourage rebooking to drive retention.
• Promote services and products; upsell where appropriate.
• Answer calls, manage voicemails, and escalate issues as needed.
• Handle payments in HIPAA-compliant manner and manage deposits when required.
• Book/reschedule appointments and optimize schedule with waitlist.
• Maintain front lobby and facility cleanliness; manage amenities and inventory.
• Document outreach and sales activities to measure impact.
