Job summary

Massage Envy is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, educate clients on Total Body Care services, and support booking and client outreach.

The role emphasizes building relationships with guests, promoting the Wellness Program, and contributing to a friendly, results-driven team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic math, computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Great people skills and ability to establish positive relationships with guests.
• Supporters of Total Body Care with knowledge of massage, stretch and skin care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and products, promote Wellness Program, book future services and encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls, respond to emails and address questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of clinic areas.

Qualified Candidates:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Are critical thinkers with basic math, computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of Total Body Care with a general knowledge of massage, stretch and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
• Basic clinic upkeep including but not limited to dusting, emptying trash receptacles, wiping down frequently touched area, and maintaining general cleanliness in bathrooms, common areas, and breakroom
