Massage Envy in Branchburg, NJ is seeking a Sales & Wellness Associate to greet guests, educate clients on massage, skincare, and our Wellness Program, and drive memberships and retail sales. This is a sales-focused role with ongoing training and measurable performance goals.

You will schedule and manage appointments, rebook services, and collaborate with providers to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Weekend availability is required; competitive benefits accompany a supportive team.

As a Sales & Wellness Associate, you are the face of the clinic and an important part of helping clients achieve their wellness goals. You’ll create exceptional guest experiences while educating clients about massage, skincare, stretch services, retail products, and Massage Envy’s Wellness Program.

This Is a Sales-Focused Position

This is a sales and customer-service position—not a receptionist-only role.

Sales & Wellness Associates are expected to confidently discuss memberships, recommend retail products and enhancements, rebook services, complete client outreach, and ask for the sale.

All Sales & Wellness Associates are expected to achieve a minimum of three (3) membership enrollments per month and actively contribute to the clinic’s membership, retail, rebooking, and overall sales goals.

You don’t have to know everything on your first day. We provide training, coaching, and support, but you must be comfortable selling, receiving feedback, and being held accountable to measurable performance expectations.

Day-to-Day

As a Sales & Wellness Associate, you will:

• Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
• Check members and guests in and out efficiently
• Educate guests about Massage Envy’s Wellness Program and membership options
• Confidently present membership options and ask qualified guests to enroll
• Rebook clients for future services
• Recommend enhancements and home-care retail products based on client needs and service providers recommendations

• Partner with service providers to create exceptional guest experiences
