Job summary

Massage Envy (Montgomery) is seeking a Sales & Wellness Associate to be the face of the clinic, educating guests on massage, skincare, stretch services, and the Wellness Program. You will drive memberships, retail sales, and service rebooking while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll work to meet monthly membership targets, participate in promotions, and collaborate with service providers to ensure client satisfaction.

As a Sales & Wellness Associate, you are the face of the clinic and an important part of helping clients achieve their wellness goals. This Is a Sales-Focused Position

This is a Sales and Customer-Service position

Sales & Wellness Associates are expected to confidently discuss memberships, recommend retail products and enhancements, rebook services, complete client outreach, and ask for the sale.

All Sales & Wellness Associates are expected to achieve a minimum of three (3) membership enrollments per month and actively contribute to the clinic’s membership, retail, rebooking, and overall sales goals.

You don’t have to know everything on your first day. We provide training, coaching, and support, but you must be comfortable selling, receiving feedback, and being held accountable to measurable performance expectations.

Day-to-Day
