Job summary

Massage Envy in Skillman/Montgomery NJ is seeking a Front Desk Sales & Wellness Associate. This on-site role combines customer service with wellness education, greeting guests and guiding them through massage, skincare, and the Wellness Program to drive memberships and retail. You will be the face of the clinic.

We provide training and coaching, flexible weekday/weekend shifts, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team, with competitive pay and benefits.

As a Sales & Wellness Associate , you are the face of the clinic and an important part of helping clients achieve their wellness goals. You’ll create exceptional guest experiences while educating clients about massage, skincare, stretch services, retail products, and Massage Envy’s Wellness Program.

This Is a Sales-Focused Position

This is a Sales and Customer-Service position

Sales & Wellness Associates are expected to confidently discuss memberships, recommend retail products and enhancements, rebook services, complete client outreach, and ask for the sale.

All Sales & Wellness Associates are expected to achieve a minimum of three (3) membership enrollments per month and actively contribute to the clinic’s membership, retail, rebooking, and overall sales goals.

You don’t have to know everything on your first day. We provide training, coaching, and support, but you must be comfortable selling, receiving feedback, and being held accountable to measurable performance expectations .

• Competitive pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour

Day-to-Day

As a Sales & Wellness Associate, you will:

• Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism
