Massage Envy is seeking a customer service focused Front Desk associate to join our growing multi-clinic organization. This role focuses on the client experience and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment for members and guests.

You will greet clients, schedule appointments, and confidently recommend memberships and services based on individual needs while upholding high service standards. Past hospitality or retail experience is preferred and a genuine desire to help people stay

The front desk is the face and voice of the business.

We are looking for a customer service focused Front Desk associate, who is focused on the client experience, to join our growing multi-clinic organization.

We are seeking someone who is looking for a stable, long-term position, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in providing exceptional service to the local community.

This is not simply a receptionist position. Our Wellness Advisors are an important part of the client experience and help create the welcoming, professional environment our members and guests expect.

The right person is dependable, polished, patient, comfortable speaking with clients of all ages and backgrounds, and confident recommending services and products based on each guest’s individual needs.

What You’ll Do

• Provide warm, professional, red-carpet customer service
