Job summary

Hampton Inn Boston Natick is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping team and support the Director of Facilities in daily operations. You will supervise staff, inspect rooms, and ensure adherence to brand standards while driving guest satisfaction.

The role requires experience in housekeeping supervision, strong leadership, and knowledge of cleaning products and techniques. A flexible schedule including weekends is expected in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years housekeeping and hotel supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and push/pull carts up to 75-100 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques
