Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly checking them in and out of the hotel; assist with pre-registration and blocking reservations when necessary.
• Post all charges promptly, accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of Front Office systems and daily transactions.
• Manage cash handling, including receiving payments and making correct change.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Understand hotel rates, discounts, and how to apply them.
• Handle same-day reservations and follow cancellation and relocation procedures when necessary.
