Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide empathy and compassion to patients to ensure an excellent patient experience.
• Check-in the patient according to clinic policies and procedures.
• Communicate necessary information back to the patient promptly to ensure all needs and expectations are met for the patient.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility to ensure proper coverage for the care plan.
• Perform check-out process and prepare the patient with information for future appointments.
• Schedule patient appointments according to providers' protocols to ensure the best possible care.

What You'll Do:

• Provide empathy and compassion to patients to ensure an excellent patient experience.
• Check-in the patient according to the clinic policies and procedures
• Communicate any necessary information back to the patient in a timely manner to ensure all needs and expectations are met for the patient
• Verify patient insurance eligibility to ensure that all patients have the proper coverage to receive the necessary care plan put into place by providers
• Perform entire check out process to ensure all patient needs are met and prepare the patient with any information related to future appointments.
• Schedule patient appointments according to the providers' protocols to ensure the best possible medical recommendations and care plans.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) (Required)
• 1-2 years of customer service experience (Preferred)
• 1-2 years of medical office experience (Preferred)
• Previous experience with EMR systems (Preferred)
