NIGRO DERMATOLOGY GROUP PA in Houston, TX is seeking a friendly Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for clients. You will greet patients, book appointments, answer calls, collect payments, and assist with our online messaging system.

The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication and computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy clinic. Bilingual candidates are preferred; a positive attitude and strong customer service mindset are

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.
