Job summary

Optima Medical Ltd in Arizona is hiring a Medical Assistant to support fast-paced, patient-focused clinics across our network.

You will record vital signs, prepare exam rooms, assist with procedures (EKG, PFT, ear lavage), draw blood, and help with scheduling and provider charting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of clinical work experience as a Medical Assistant.
• At least 1 year of EMR experience; eClinicalWorks preferred.
• Medical Assistant Course Completion Diploma or CMA designation required.

Responsibilities

• Record patient information such as vital signs, weight, and changes in medical history.
• Clean and prepare exam rooms prior to/following patient appointments.
• Able to perform various medical procedures such as EKG, PFT, Ear Lavage etc.
• Administer injections and take blood draws.
• Assist with patient scheduling, follow up, and provider charting as needed.
