Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while providing accurate information.

  • Handle check-ins, appointments, and client inquiries efficiently.

  • Manage correspondence, emails, and scheduling tasks.

  • Process payments, invoices, and other transactions as needed.

  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.

  • Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of client information.

  • Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Support team members with additional tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
