Advanced Endoscopy Center in Creve Coeur, MO, is hiring a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to ensure smooth patient flow, admission processing, and accurate data entry. The role interacts with patients, families, physicians, and staff to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
• Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
• Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface with patients and families, physicians and staff; Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in system; Collect monies due and document in the billing system; Handle funds per office procedure. Answer incoming phone calls.
