Elevation Physical Therapy is a stable and rapidly growing PT-owned private practice in Little Rock, AR. If you are a fun, outgoing person who loves people, attention to detail, takes pride in your work, and has a verifiable history of getting things done, then we are interested in having a chat with you.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a full-time front desk receptionist / physical therapy technician to join our outpatient clinic team in Little Rock, Arkansas.

We offer mentorship and growth opportunities into leadership roles if interested.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Maintaining the clinic for optimal patient flow
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients, referral sources, and colleagues
• Monitoring and cleaning the clinic, gym, and rooms for an optimal patient experience
• Managing linen supplies for clinicians
• Assisting with patient intakes and data entry into our EMR
• Verifying insurance benefits with insurance companies for billing and claims
• Collecting copays and deductibles at the time of service
• Calling patients to confirm and schedule appointments
• Handling administrative duties daily, weekly, and monthly
