Job summary

Willow Day Spa in Georgia is seeking a warm, polished Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. Primarily afternoon and evening availability Tuesday–Friday with Saturday availability 9:00 AM–4:30 PM required.

You will be the first and last contact for guests, creating an elevated, welcoming experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing appointments, answering calls, handling payments, and promoting Willow Wellness memberships.

Qualifications

• Spa, salon, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Warm, friendly and dependable.

• Able to multitask and schedule appointments efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and check in each guest.

As one of the first and last people our guests interact with, this role plays an important part in creating the elevated, welcoming experience we want every guest to have at Willow. We’re looking for someone who is friendly and confident, pays attention to the little details, and can provide exceptional hospitality while keeping the front desk organized and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and check in each guest
• Check guests out and assist with rebooking future appointments
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond professionally to guest questions
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments
• Become knowledgeable about Willow’s services, enhancements, products, policies, and memberships
• Confidently educate guests about and promote Willow Wellness memberships
• Assist guests in choosing appropriate services when needed
• Process payments, gift cards, memberships, and retail purchases
• Maintain a polished, clean, organized reception and retail area
• Help keep common guest areas looking beautiful and ready throughout the day
• Support service providers and management with day-to-day spa operations
• Communicate schedule changes, guest concerns, and important information appropriately
• Help with light cleaning, laundry, restocking, and closing responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

Previous spa, salon, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with the right personality and work ethic.
