Job summary

Willow Day Spa in Georgia is seeking a warm, polished Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. Primarily afternoon and evening availability Tuesday–Friday with Saturday availability 9:00 AM–4:30 PM required.

You will be the first and last contact for guests, creating an elevated, welcoming experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing appointments, answering calls, handling payments, and promoting Willow Wellness memberships.

Qualifications

• Spa, salon, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Warm, friendly and dependable.
• Professional appearance, communication and demeanor.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Able to multitask and schedule appointments efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and check in each guest.
• Check guests out and assist with rebooking future appointments.
• Answer incoming calls and respond professionally to questions.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments.
• Become knowledgeable about Willow’s services, products, policies, and memberships.
• Educate guests about Willow Wellness memberships and services.
• Process payments, gift cards, memberships, and retail purchases.
• Maintain a polished, clean reception and retail area.
• Support service providers and management with daily spa operations.
• Communicate schedule changes and guest concerns clearly.
• Light cleaning, laundry, and restocking as needed.
