Job Overview

The Receptionist at our Wellness Spa is the first point of contact for our clients, embodying our commitment to excellence in service and customer care. The role involves managing front desk activities, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, handling incoming calls, checking out clients, opening and closing spa duties, maintaining the spa, updating records, and more. The Receptionist is essential in facilitating a smooth operation of our spa by supporting our team of providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing appointments in person or over the phone
• Following up with clients
• Answering phones and providing customer service
• Greeting and checking in clients with a positive, helpful attitude
• Maintaining the spa and checking out clientsClosing out sales of products, packages and memberships
• Attending to all clients in a professional manner and assisting with a variety of administrative tasks and weekly events
• Supporting the team and contributing positively to various tasks as required

Qualifications

• High School diploma or Associate degree
• Prior experience as a receptionist is required
• Consistent, professional dress and manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook; Canva; Mind and Body
• Good time management skills
