Tx:Team Rehab at Frederick Health Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab Aspen Ridge Outpatient Clinic in Frederick, MD is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist. This full-time role involves greeting patients, scheduling PT appointments, and supporting clinical operations in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate has medical front desk experience, EMR knowledge, strong customer service, and solid computer skills. Normal hours are Monday–Friday, with paid benefits included.

Qualifications

• Two years of medical office front desk experience.
• Experience with EMR and patient scheduling systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and typing.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones.
• Schedule patient appointments for Physical Therapy services.
• Organize & compile patient charts for therapists.
• Perform patient registration, including intake forms and health history.
• Input patient transactions and collect co-pays.
• Close clinic at end of day with financial reconciliation and deposits.
