ACV Auctions is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and vendors. You will greet people, manage phone calls, provide information, and handle basic inquiries while delivering friendly, efficient service.

This role supports operations in a fast-paced dealership environment, coordinating check-ins, directing visitors, data entry, mail, and routine administrative tasks, with a focus on accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or receptionist experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors with a professional first impression.
• Answer and triage incoming calls, providing courteous service.
• Provide information about auctions, inventory, and general inquiries.
• Coordinate and schedule Block Clerks.
• Perform data entry, filing, and routine administrative tasks.
• Receive and route mail and package deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and tasks.
• Ensure a secure and welcoming reception area.
