Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

The Yacht Club at Aventura Condominium—Aventura, FL

The Yacht Club at Aventura Condominium is hiring a front desk receptionist/administrative assistant to join our dynamic management office team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who is professional, friendly, bilingual (English/Spanish), and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

️ Assisting residents and guests in person, by phone, and via email

️ Supporting the Property Manager with admin tasks, filing, and office coordination

️ Handling resident requests, payments, parking passes, and credentials

️ Managing work orders, invoices, and mail/packages

️ Maintaining accurate records and communication logs

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of customer service and admin experience (required)

Positive, non-confrontational attitude and excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

What We Offer:

Career stability and a supportive work environment

Work hours: Monday–Friday 9 to 5 + 4 hrs weekend paid overtime

Location: In-person position in Aventura, FL—must be able to reliably commute.
