Base pay is $14–$16/hour with commissions and monthly bonuses, plus extras like complimentary monthly massage or facial and employee discounts.

Positions available: full-time and part-time; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. You'll greet guests, explain membership benefits, handle bookings, and drive retention while pursuing

What You’ll Do

Membership Sales and Client Retention

• Sell massage and facial memberships to guests
• Explain membership benefits confidently and professionally

Keep the Spa Booked and Busy

• Call, text, and follow up with guests to fill openings
• Confirm appointments and reduce cancellations

Front Desk and Guest Experience

• Greet guests and create a welcoming environment
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Support a smooth and organized front desk operation
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or membership sales experience
• Comfortable asking for the sale and working toward goals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliable, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
• Comfortable using booking software and POS systems
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Availability Requirements

Applicants must be available during peak business hours, including:
