Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Weston is seeking energetic Spa Sales Associates to drive membership sales and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This is a front desk friendly role with a focus on memberships, client retention, and relationship-building in a fast-paced environment.

Base pay ranges $14–$16/hour with typical weekly earnings of $710–$900+ including commissions and bonuses. Growth opportunities into leadership and management exist within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or membership sales experience.
• Comfortable asking for the sale and working toward goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable, outgoing, and team-oriented personality.
• Comfortable using booking software and POS systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

What You'll Do

Membership Sales and Client Retention

• Sell massage and facial memberships to guests
• Explain membership benefits confidently and professionally

Keep the Spa Booked and Busy

• Call, text, and follow up with guests to fill openings
• Confirm appointments and reduce cancellations
• Encourage pre-booking and recurring appointments
• Help maximize therapist and esthetician schedules

Front Desk and Guest Experience

• Greet guests and create a welcoming environment
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Support a smooth and organized front desk operation
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction

What We're Looking For
