Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Massachusetts is seeking a Spa Sales Associate to welcome guests, answer phones, schedule appointments, and educate clients on massage and facial services. You’ll promote memberships, upgrades, gift cards, and wellness services, build relationships with members to encourage retention, and help maintain accurate client records and a welcoming environment.

This role offers base pay plus membership commissions and performance bonuses, with flexible scheduling

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

$15-$16/Hour + Membership Sales Commissions + Bonuses
