This range is provided by Lexington Plastic Surgeons. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

We are a leading Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery practice, seeking a poised, articulate, and highly motivated Front Desk & Customer Service Assistant to be the welcoming face and voice of our office.   • Tech-savvy and efficient in managing administrative workflows

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism — both in person and on the phone
  • Manage high-volume phone lines and schedule consultations with precision
  • Support the Physician and office team with administrative and patient coordination tasks
  • Utilize EMR software and patient scheduling systems (experience preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the front office and contribute to overall practice flow
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming front office environment
  • Multi-task efficiently while remaining detail-oriented and collaborative

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a medical, plastic surgery, or aesthetics office is a strong plus
  • Background in sales or customer conversion is highly valued
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
