The Library offers many exciting programs to encourage employee wellness. Our Employee Assistance Program offers a variety of services to all employees and their family members for free.

The Leadership for the Future workshop series highlights the role of leaders in cultivating shared purpose through strong communication and team building. This blended training program explores topics like "Supporting Your Teams", "Psychological Safety", and "Growth Mindset".
A Library Page is an entry-level position ideal for high school and college students eager to serve their community. The Program offers career development, on-the-job skill building, coaching, training, and mentorship to help develop career readiness skills.
The Library’s DEIA Office promotes advocacy, inclusion, and awareness through programming, collaboration, and outreach, including speaker events, author talks, conferences, and community participation. Staff can also join the staff Diversity Council or participate in Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to actively engage in DEIA efforts.
The Learning and Development team provides online tutorials, coaching, and organizational events to continually enhance staff skills. Our mission is to connect people with collections, expertise, services, and programs to inspire and inform others.
