We’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Front Desk/Receptionist who is OBSESSED with creating unforgettable patient experiences. You’ll be the first friendly face our patients see, setting the tone for their visit. Your mission? Make every patient feel valued, comfortable, and special from the moment they walk through the door.

• Greet patients with warmth and a welcoming smile
• Follow up on appointment reminders & treatment plans
• Collaborate with the dental team for smooth workflow
• Build connections & friendships with our patients
• Proficiency in Open Dental software (a must!)
• Ability to multitask & stay organized
• A patient-first mindset & problem-solving attitude
